Treehouse is reporting software operated by Jungle Creations Limited, registered in England at 6 Batty Street, London, E1 1RH. These terms govern access to it.

Who may use it

Treehouse is not a public service and is not offered to the general public. It is provided only to Jungle Creations staff and contractors who have been given an account for their work, and to the platform partners we authorise for integration review. There is no sign-up: accounts are created by an administrator.

What it does

Treehouse reports the performance of social media accounts and websites that Jungle Creations owns or operates. It reads data from the platforms those accounts are on, using credentials and authorisations granted by the account holder, and presents it internally. It does not publish anything on behalf of a third party and does not offer any service to third-party creators.

Acceptable use

• Use your own account. Do not share credentials or let anyone else use yours.
• Treat what you see here as confidential company information.
• Do not attempt to access data outside the permissions your account carries.
• Do not export or share data outside Jungle Creations without authorisation.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, and is withdrawn when the working relationship ends.

Third-party platforms

Treehouse integrates with platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft, each under that platform's own terms. Where a figure originates with a platform, that platform is the authoritative source and Treehouse is a reporting layer over it. Figures may be estimates, may be restated by the platform, and should not be treated as a statement of account.

Availability and liability

Treehouse is provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty of availability or accuracy. Jungle Creations accepts no liability to users of Treehouse for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
